The Sardines are thermal pads filled up with organic cherry pits. Used for hot or cold therapy, they will give you a pleasant feeling of comfort and well-being. The "sardine" shape is our tribute to Portuguese fishermen who catch the best sardines in the world!

Terapia Quente: Aqueça no micro-ondas por 1-2m a 500w no máximo. Indicações: tensão muscular, alivio da dor, melhoria da circulação nos músculos sujeitos a grande esforço (lombares, cervicais, abdominais, etc), contracturas, etc. Para prolongar o efeito de calor húmido, pode humedecer ligeiramente a almofada e colocar um copo de água dentro do micro-ondas. É também uma lternativa segura aos sacos de água quente para aquecer a cama. Confirme a temperatura antes de colocar no corpo. Terapia Fria: Envolva as almofadas numa bolsa de plástico hermética e deixe no frigorífico 30-60 minutos ou mais.

A madeira de cerejeira tem propriedades que favorecem a retenção da humidade. Esta característica, também presente nos caroços de cereja, permite uma rápida absorção do calor e uma libertação lenta, mantendo-se quentes durante muito tempo.
Heat Therapy: Heat in the microwave for 1-2m at 500w maximum. Indications: soothe muscle tension, relieve pain by increasing blood circulation to overworked muscles (lumbar, cervical, abdominal, etc), contractures, etc. To enhance the warmth, you can moisten the pads and put a cup of water in the microwave. A safe alternative to the hot water bottles to warm up the bed. Please be sure to test the temperature before applying on the body.
Cold Therapy: Put the pillows in an airtight plastic bag and leave in the freezer for 30-60 minutes or more. Indications: inflammation, distension, swelling, trauma, bruises, fever, headaches and migraines.
